The little blue pop-up message is distracting and a bit patronizing.
There needs to be an option to turn it off.

It is annoying especially when I need to add a new word fast, and this pop-up appears.

Hi! We understand your concern and we do take it into consideration. :)) However, the feature is really just there to remind users to actually go and study — to avoid collecting too many words without reviewing them, as that can be counterproductive. And it works! :) For now, we're closing this topic as it hasn’t received many votes, but don’t worry — it’s not forgotten!
