Video Upload Issue

I would like to add some videos to the app’s library, but the app cannot find them — even though they have subtitles. Out of about 10 videos I tried, only 2 were detected successfully. I reversed and tried also in English version. But it still. Because of this issue, I’m a bit hesitant to purchase the Premium plan until I understand what’s causing the problem. I’m using an iPhone 14 with the latest iOS version, and I just downloaded the app today. My username is sanemdy.
