Choose the number of words to practice

I need a feature that lets me choose the number of words to practice. I'd like to be able to practice three specific words that confuse me because they're very similar, and I'd like to focus on learning only those three, but there isn't a quick way to do this without having to put them in a deck, which ends up filling up my account with small decks.
