Toggle Typing Mode/Typing Shortcut Key

Currently, by default, I need to click the typing button after every single card. It would be useful to be able to toggle Typing mode on and off instead of only per-card, or at least to have a keyboard shortcut (eg "T") that opens the typing menu.
