Es wäre gut wenn man Ordner für die Übersicht anlegen könnte und man nur diesen Ordner lernen könnte.

You can do that - in the premium version, you can filter cards with the filter button directly in the learning mode. Choose a folder and the app will only show you the cards from that folder.
