Improve Thai TTS voices

All three Thai TTS voices are quite bad. They pronounce long and short vowels the same, and don't detect sentence brakes. So it's just one fast-paced flow of wrongly pronounced words, instead of proper sentences.Would be great if this can be improved, or if DuoCards would allow using the system TTS. (Android App)
