High-Priority Words (pinning words to be practised on regular basis no matter whether reviewed sussessfully)

Please could you add a High-Priority Word feature which would make it possible to pin words to be practised on regular basis no matter whether reviewed sussessfully. I reckon adding a weight system would be to laborious for the users but adding just a "pin this word" feature so some words where the user feels longer practice is desirable could be intuitive. That would certainly also include an "unpin" button in case the user feels safe to use the expression correctly, fluently, and in multiple contexts.
