Connect with Kindle

I don't know how it could work, but currently, when I read long formats on my Amazon Kindle or Kobo, I very often come across words that I don't understand and keep underlining. I would love to somehow be able to export those words to DuoCards directly or in an easier way than having my cell phone next to me and manually entering them (which interrupts my reading flow).
