Block Youtube in the Library section

HI Is there is a way to block the youtube in the learning section. my kids use it. i allow them to learn and they click on a movie - then they redirected to youtube and they can continue to watch further movies from youtube. The access to Youtube to any content is possible through Duocards even if i uninstall youtube on the device. please be in touch with me about a solution for that thanks
