app marks a word as 'learned' prematurely
I believe the app marks a word as 'learned' prematurely. To ensure true mastery, I think each word should be tested in multiple ways:
1. Spanish to English translation
2. English to Spanish translation
3. Listening comprehension
4. Ideally, speaking proficiency as well
This comprehensive approach would provide a more accurate assessment of language skills.

Hi Raimundo, Thank you for your suggestion. The app tests you both from the target language to the known language and vice versa, so this part is working as expected. All cards have audio so users can stay in constant contact with how the language sounds. Regarding speaking practice, you can test your pronunciation with every card by tapping the microphone icon below it. The app will then show you whether you pronounced it correctly or not. The algorithm is designed to ensure that you learn words well from both perspectives and that they stay in your memory for a long time. Hope that clarifies things. 🙌Michaela
