Allow for the user to manually mark cards as learned.
Ot so happens that I practiced a card outside the app by other means and I had enough of it. I should be able to just mark a card as learned.

No, that's not what I meant. I assumed the app was smart enough to naturally use the words I've learned when generating AI sentences, stories, or other content. From your explanation, I realize that's not how it works. Ideally, when I learn a word, the app shouldn't just, hide it away for some long time and later show it as a flashcard. It should also start using that word naturally in generated sentences, reading passages, and listening exercises, without highlighting it. That way, I would encounter it in realistic contexts and reinforce it through exposure. That's how one learns a language. If I swipe a word down then unfortunately it would be removed from that algorithm (if such a feature exists), while if I could just mark it as learned, it would remain in such algorithm (again, if that algorithm exists).
