Add Ebook display mode

For people using DuoCards on a Eink tablet, it would be useful to have a display mode compatible with Eink screens.The current default color scheme already looks good on monochrome Eink displays. But animations when swiping cards should be removed. And any kind of animation in general.This would also benefit to people suffering from eye strain when looking at things blinking on a screen.
