Ability to mark important/difficult cards

Some words/cards are just more difficult and I need them to come back to test me more often. Add like a checkbox for every card which would mark it as "special" and in app Settings you could set up what it would do, for e.g. - "Maximum amount of days until the card comes back for review: 1day, 3 days, 7 days, 2 weeks etc.". Some more difficult cards eventually get pushed out to 3+ months and I forget them, I need them to come back much sooner.

I like the idea about the mark "special". One more example of using the feature: i have in my basket 200 words but some of them i would like to start using in my daily conversation. To distinguish these words i would use the "special" mark.

I think this can be combined with the idea to select which activities to do. For each card, there would be settings to set the frequency to either "0", "1", or "2" for each activity; translating from your native language, translating back, hearing, and matching. This way, for important cards, you can set the frequency of each activity to "2" to make it appear twice as often.

Like Povilas, I am also very concerned that the cards that have been "learned" are not fully retired :(( Otherwise, in my opinion, the cards lose their meaning.

There are few ways what to do with more difficult words: - be more strict on yourself nad everytime you don't remember it correctly (letter by leter) swipe it to the left and the algoritmus be repeating it much more often than those cards you are swiping as "known" - use the "+" button and create the word again but a bit differently. e.g.: "evaluate" -> "I evaluated" so you will now learn this word twice in your deck in more variants. - sort the word into a specific set In other words -> to mark difficult card, swipe left

Petr from DuoCards having a large vocabulary doesn't necessarily mean you can easily create new sentences. It's important to review and practice using the words in context to truly understand and retain them. Suggesting a feature to help with more frequent reviews can enhance your learning process and retention of the vocabulary words

Petr from DuoCards Hi Petr, sorry if I'm replying late, I already tried different techniques you described but adding such a small feature to cards would just be much better. 1) I definately swipe cards left even if I feel "I need more practice", I'm very honest with myself and I don't want to retire cards to "Learned" quickly 2) I do that too but only with forms that are actually useful for me Everybody has words that are difficult for them, you might learn it this week, it comes back in a month, you slowly remember it and re-wise it, then it's gone for 3 months(?) and eventually is retired and you just forget it. I would reaaaally love to be able to mark words you don't want to retire, the ability to set a maximum amount of days until it comes back (1d, 3d, 1w, 2w, month, 3 months etc., custom). Right now I just have to go into my vocab and reset difficult words manually which is not optimal :(

Petr from DuoCards I see option to create my set with level of complexity. I did not find the diff btw them in your FAQ. So, could you explain algoritm and general diff btw beginner, easy, moderate and hard? Maybe it is the option for Povilas and even for me. TIA
