Hi, Please make sure all these steps are completed: Ask your friend to install the app before clicking the invitation link. They’ll need to complete the registration and tutorial. Check if your friend has finished onboarding and verified their email (you can kindly ask them to share a screenshot of their main screen). Make sure your friend appears in your profile under the "Friends" section. If not, no worries—it just means something didn’t work, or a step was missed. You can resend the link and ask them to give it another go. It's important to note that the Premium Plan Subscription and Friend Reward are separate. Your Premium Plan won't be extended with the reward, and if you purchase a Subscription, it will replace your active Reward. Additionally, your friend should avoid approving a free trial for the Subscription when creating their account in the app, as it will disable their reward.
